” I called on Saturday afternoon for an emergency appointment with my very sick kitten, Echo. The staff was very helpful and caring. I had to take Echo back in again on Tuesday night (after hours) for the same issue. Once again, I had a great experience. Not once did they make me feel like I was being an inconveinence. The Vet and Vet Tech waited for me to drive 45 minutes to get there. They took care of the issue and Echo is now doing great.
